Street & Waste Management

I took this series of Street photography in Downtown San Diego and the UCSD campus. Street & Waste Management recorded the trash can and waste management companies I met in the street. EDCO, Republic Service, Waste Management are the three largest waste disposed of companies in San Diego. They have well-trained staff, high technology disposed of facilities, and they have substantial customer group from large companies, government, school, to personal houses. Walking in the street, the trash can with their logo is anywhere. But, what about the waste on the street, outside the trash can, who has the responsibility to manage them?
